I sold this townhouse in Old Town yesterday--thought you might like to see the nice renovations the owner made. I sold this townhouse in 2003 to Jennifer for $238,000. When she bought it, I was concerned that the renovations to this old house might be a huge project for a young single woman. However, I was wrong. Don't these renovations look great? It was quite a mess when she bought it. Now here it is 7 years later, and I sold it again for $440,000. It was a happy real estate story--a great investment for Jennifer.
