New listing here in the neighborhood. I'll have 6240 Gentle Lane open on Sunday. The owners worked very hard to get it ready for market and it looks great. I had it professionally staged, and that makes such a difference. I've had my last 3 sold listings professionally staged, and they sold immediately. It does cost some money, but it's money well spent! Price on this one: $660,000.
